The customer is a world-renowned technology company that provides real-time communication (RTC) and other media services to everyone from enterprises to small businesses and individual users. The RTC service provider wanted to interconnect their global locations across Latin America, North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East for holistic resource management and infrastructure standardization. In addition, they needed this network to be low enough latency for real-time communication and redundant with backup routes for disaster recovery.
